   Dr. Tarab holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Boston College and a master’s in bioethics from Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics. With over a decade of experience, he is a seasoned healthcare administrator focusing on evaluating healthcare institutions, market and institutional analysis, and leading quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

   He has extensive experience in developing educational programs and conducting needs assessments. His expertise in bioethics includes clinical ethics, bioethics of conflict zones, and Islamic bioethics. Dr. Tarab also holds several administrative roles and is a faculty member at Boston College Health Administration program and is a teaching affiliate at Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics demonstrating a profound commitment to advancing healthcare.
